MEA will periodically be asking the client\service user, Family and staff to complete Quality Monitoring Form that covers the area of conduct of agency/business, service delivery and suitability of care worker/s. These views are very important and we would very much urge all concerned to fully participate as this will impact on the service they receive and will work as a tool for improvement where necessary. We also accept feedbacks whether it is complaint, suggestions or compliment by phone, email or in person.

MEA continue to provide Clients\Service Users with services of regular visits by our dedicated Consultants as these play a greater role in part to check on specific or general aspects of the needs and identify whether the service or services meet or exceed Service Users’ expectations
